for the execution of the Works for a) Improvement of Shibganj
GC-Choto Khuchabari NHW via Fersadangi GC Road (Ch. 4850.00m-5300.00m &
6240.00m-11500.00m) UZR (ID No. 194942013)
b) Improvement of Ruhia UP office -Egarmile NHW via Debpur UP office
Road (Ch. 7000.00m-15200.00m) UNR (ID No. 194943004) & Package No- LGED/SRIIP/TKG/W-019 for
the Contract Price of Tk. 11,00,32,950.15
(Tk Eleven Core thirty two thoiusand nine hundred fifty & paisa fifteen
only), as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to
Tenderers has been approved by the authority.
You are thus
requested to take following actions :
(i)
Accept
in writing the Notification of award within seven (7) Working days of its
issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause
63.1.
(ii) Furnish a Performance security in the form
as specified and in the amount of Tk=55,02,000.00
( Tk. Fifty five Lac two thousand only) within Fourten (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award
but not later than
(iii) Sign the contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of
this Notification of Award but not later
than
You may proceed with the execution of the
Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that
this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract,
which shall become binding upon you.
