This is to notify you that your tender dated 12-02-2013 for the execution of the Works for Improvement of Boali UP office–Schooler Bazar (Ch:200.00-4900.00m) UNR, Road ID-132243027, Package No. LGED/ SRIIP/BD/W-040 for the Contract Price of Tk.1,76,07,916.15 (Taka one crore seventy six lac seven thosuand nine hundred sixteen and paisa fifteen only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Project Director, Sustainable Rural Infrastructure Development Project vide memo no.LGED/PD/ SRIIP/137.2012/408, date: 02-05-2013.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk.8,80,400.00 (Taka eight lac eighty thousand four hundred only) within seven (7) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 20-05-2013 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii. Sign the Contract within forteen (14) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 26-05-2013 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.

This is to notify you that your tender dated 12-02-2013 for the execution of the Works for Improvement of Kachua hat-Saghata Hospital Road Ch:1370m-4750m) UNR, ID No: 132883013 & Improvement of Bharatkhali R&H-Nayabandar-Badiakhali GC Road (Ch:8590m-9840m) UZR ID No: 132882007, Package No. LGED/SRIIP/GBD/W-044 for the Contract Price of Tk.3,51,94,310.38 (Taka three crore fifty one lac ninety four thosuand three hundred ten and paisa thirty eight only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Project Director, Sustainable Rural Infrastructure Development Project vide memo no.LGED/PD/ SRIIP/137.2012/408, date: 02-05-2013.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk.17,59,720.00 (Taka seventeen lac fifty nine thousand seven hundred twenty only) within seven (7) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 20-05-2013 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii. Sign the Contract within fourteen (14) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 26-05-2013 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
