that, your Tender dated : 28.05.2013
for the execution of the Works Construction of 275.26m RCC Bridge (Remaining Superstructure work) on
Shibganj GC-Choto Khochabari NHW via Fershadangi Road at ch. 5280m Over Tangon river (ID No:
194942013).Upazila: Sadar, District:
Thakurgaon (6th call). Package No-LBC/THA/02
for the Contract Price of Tk 7,38,90,879.51 (Tk Seven Core thirty
eight lac ninty thousand eight hundred seventy nine and paisa fifty one only),
as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers has
been approved by the authority.
You are thus
requested to take following actions :
(i)
Accept
in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its
issuance pursuant ITT Sub Clause
63.1.
(ii) Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of
Tk=36,95,000.00 ( Thirty six lac ninty five thousand only)
within Fourten (14) days of acceptance
of this Notification of Award but not later than
(iii) Sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of
this Notification of Award but not later than
You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of
the above tasks.You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall
constitute the formation of this Contract, which shall become binding upon you.
We

signature.
