This is to notify you that your Tender dated 12/06/2013 for the
execution of the Works for Construction of 297.00m PC Girder Bridge including
Approach & Access Road over Kaliganga River at Betua Kheya Ghat in
Manikganj Sadar Upazilla, Road ID: 356463009 for the Contract Price of Tk. 40,54,59,323.14 (Taka Forty crore Fifty
Four lac Fifty Nine thousand Three hundred Twenty Three & Paisa Fourteen)
only as corrected and modified in accordance with the
Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the
Authority.
You are thus requested to take following
actions:
I.
accept in writing the Notification of Award
within seven (7) working days of its issuance in accordance with ITT Clause 64.
II.
furnish a Performance
Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee
as specified and in the amount of Tk. 4,05,46,000.00 (Taka Four crore Five
lac Forty Six thousand ) only, within
fourteen (14) working days of acceptance
of this Notification of Award but not
later than 07/08/2013 in accordance with
III.
sign the Contract within
twenty eight (28) working days of issuance of this Notification
of Award but not later than 20/08/2013
in accordance with ITT Clause 70.
You may proceed with the execution of the Works only
upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this
Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which
shall become binding upon you.
We attach the draft Contract and all other
documents for your perusal and signature.
