Latest Date of Commencement: 11-08-2013. Date of Completion : 10-04-2014.

This is to notify you that your Tender dated 03-07-2013 for the execution of the Works for Construction of Lamchori Government Primary School Including Electrification,Toilet,Tube Well. Package no. 1500/WD1.959 for the Contract Price of Taka 61,03,650.00(Sixty One Lac Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers has been approved by Additional Chief Engineer,LGED,Agargon,Sher-E Bangla Nagar, Dhaka, 1207, Memo No-LGED/PEDP-3/D-4/2012(Part-5)/5463 Date: 29/07/2013.

You are requested to take following actions:

i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-clause 45.

ii. furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk – 3,05,182.50 Three Lac Five Thousand One Hundred Eighty Two & Paisa Fifty Only, within fourteen (14) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 18-08-2013, in accordance with ITT Clause 46.1

iii. sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 01-09-2013, in accordance with ITT Clause 47.2

You may proceed with the execution of the Works for Construction of Lamchori Government Primary School Including Electrification, Toilet, Tube Well. only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
