under Third Primary Education Development Program (PEDP-3) for the Contract
Price of Tk 91,68,153.12 (Tk.
Ninety one lac sixty eight thousand one hundred fifty three point one two only)
as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Upazila
Engineer, LGED, Nasirnagar, Brahmanbaria.
You are thus requested
to take following actions:
i) accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7)
working days of its issuance pursuant to
ii)
furnish a
Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of
Tk. 4,58,500.00 (Tk. Four lac fifty eight thousand five
hundred only) within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of
Award but not later than 09/10/2013 in
