01) Pursuant of
the Contract Agreement within 7(seven) days, you are requested to commence
mobilization to contract the undersigned to take possession of the site and to
submit work program showing the timing for all activities in the works to the
Additional Chief Engineer for approval. Your site will be handover on 7.08.2013.
02) Pursuant
of the conditions of Contract, you are informed that strict quality control
shall be a pre-condition for all works, you shall execute the whole and every
part of the work in the most substantial and workman like manner in accordance
with the specification, design, drawing and instruction in writing relation to
work signed by the undersigned.
03) Pursuant
of the conditions of Contract, you are also requested to submit samples of the
materials for prior approval before to delivery to this site.
04) Time is
deemed to the essence in completing the work and in case of unsatisfactory
progress or failure to completing the work within the time fixed, pursuant of
the condition of contract, you are remainder that for each sate that the actual
completion date is later than the intended completion date, you shall pay the
employer as Liquidated Damaged for the whole of the work is equal to 0.05% of
the final contract price.
