            This is to notify you that your tender dated 05-06-2013 for the execution of the Works for Improvement of Katabari UP - Kamdia GC (Tulot) Ch:1000.00m-7885m) UNR  ID No: 132303006, Package No. LGED/SRIIP/GBD/W-042 for the Contract Price of Tk.4,13,70,044.37 (Taka four crore thirteen lac seventy thosuand forty four and paisa thirty seven only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Project Director, Sustainable Rural Infrastructure Development Project vide memo no.LGED/PD/ SRIIP/137.2012/1101, date: 23-09-2013.

 

You are thus requested to take following actions:

 

i.          accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

 

ii.         Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk.20,68,510.00 (Taka twenty lac sixty eight thousand five hundred ten only) within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award  but not later than 09-10-2013 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii.        Sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) working days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 07-11-2013 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.

            You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
