            This is to notify you that your Tender dated 08-07-2013 for the execution of the Works for the (i). Improvement of Nurumondalhat - Panpara- Jhalai-Salsiri Road (Ch: 0.00m-3220m) UZR. Road ID: 177042006, Upazila : Atwari, District : Panchagarh. (ii) Improvement of Fakirgonj hat GC to Gopalpara R&H via Puratan Atwari Road (Ch:6139m-11498m) UZR.  Road ID: 177042003, Upazila: Atwari, District : Panchagarh. Package No. LGED/SRIIP/PAN/W-066 for the Contract Price of Tk.6,69,37,697.89 (Tk. Six Crore sixty nine lac thirty seven thousand six hundred ninety seven & eighty nine paisa) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Project Director, Sustainable Rural Infrastructure Improvement Project (SRIIP). LGED, Dhaka.

 

            You are thus requested to take following actions:

1.         Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT sub-clause 63.1.

2.         Furnish a performance security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk.33,47,000.00 (Taka. Thirty three lac forty seven thousand) only, within Seven (07) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than (22/10/2013) in accordance with ITT clause 65.

3.         Sign the contract within Twenty Eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award later than (05/11/2013.) in accordance with ITT Sub-clause 69.2

 

            You may proceed with the execution of the works and only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this contract, which shall become binding upon you.

 

            We attach the draft contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
