the Contract Price of Taka 61,02,545.90(Sixty One
Lac Two Thousand Five Hundred Forty Five& Paisa Ninety Only) as
corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers has been approved by Additional Chief Engineer, LGED, Agargon, Sher-E Bangla Nagar, Dhaka, 1207, Memo
No-LGED/PEDP-3/D-4/2012(Part-5)/7619 Date: 03/11/2013.
You are requested to take following actions:
i.
accept in writing the Notification of
Award within seven (7) days of its issuance pursuant to
ii.
furnish a
Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk – 3,05,127.30 Three Lac Five Thousand One Hundred
Twenty Seven Paisa Thirty Only,
within fourteen (14) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 25-11-2013, in accordance with

sign the Contract
within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 09-12-2013,

of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become
