This is to Notify you that the your tender dated 20-11-2013 for the execution of the works for Vertical Extension of KHOLAHATI, DAGLAGONJ & Reconstruction of SHOHID SREETI REG Primary School Including Furniture Supply. PEDP-III/DIN/PAR/ 2013-14/W2.3309 for the contract price of Tk 1,10,43,520/93 ( Taka One core Ten lac Forty three Thousand Five Hundred Twenty And Paisa Ninety Three Only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderer’s has been approved by Additional Chief Engineer, LGED, H/Q, Dhaka .

You are thus requested to take following action :

i. Accept in writing the Notification of Award within 7(seven) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-Clause -63.1

ii. Furnish a performance security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk=5,52,200/=(Five lac Fifty Two thousand Two hundred) only within Fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification Award but not later than 18-12-2013 Date in accordance with ITT Clause-65

iii. Sing the contract within Twenty eight ( 28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 01-01-2014 Date in accordance with ITT Clause-69.2

You may proceed with the execution of the work of for Vertical Extension of KHOLAHATI, DAGLAGONJ & Reconstruction of SHOHID SREETI REG Primary School Including Furniture Supply upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please not that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
