This is to notify you that your Tender dated 03/06/2013 for the execution of the Works for (a) Improvement of Dharannigonj hat-Horichanchara UP Office Road (Ch. 0.00m-1300m) UNR Road ID 173153007 Upazila:Domar, District: Nilphamari. (b) Improvement of Dimla UP (Post Office)-Jorjigha bazaar Rd. (Ch. 460m-3800m) UNR, Road ID No. 173153005, Upazila Dimla District: Nilphamari.Package No. LGED/SRIIP/NIL/W-070 for the Contract Price of Tk. 2,58,40,933.63 (Taka : Two Crore Fifty Eight Lac Forty Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Three & Paisa Sixty Three Only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Executive Engineer, LGED, Nilphamari

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 36.1

ii. furnish a Performance Security in the amount of Tk 12,93,000.00 (Tk. Twelve Lac Ninety Three Thousand ) only, within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 23/12/2013 in accordance with ITT Clause 37.2

iii. sign the Contract within fourteen (14) working days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 23/12/2013, in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 40.1

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
