This
is to notify you that your Tender received dated 24/09/2013 for the execution of the Works for Construction
of 30m Long RCC Girder bridge on Bejpara high
school-Kachidhara Bot tree road at ch. 00m. (ID No. 356784035) under Shibalaya
Upazila, Dist: Manikganj. Package No.GDP-II/ MAN/Shib/W(B)-21 under GDP-II for the contract
price of Tk. 1,70,93,158.00 ( One Crore Seventy Lac Ninety- Three Thousand One
Hundred Fifty-Eight only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the
instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the competent authority.
You are thus requested to take
following actions:
i Accept
in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its
issuance
pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 36.1.
ii To furnish a Performance Security as
Bank Guarantee or deposit Tk. 8,55,000.00
( Eight Lac Fifty-Five Thousand only ) by Chalan on Code No.
6-3731-0000-8391 at Sonali Bank Ltd. Manikgonj Branch, Manikganj as Performace
Security against the said within Seven (7) working days of acceptance of
this Notification of Award but
not later than 24-12-2013 in accordance with ITT Clause 37.2.
iii. To sign the Contract within Fourteen (14) working days of
issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 24-12-2013 in
accordance with ITT Clause 40.1
You may proceed with the execution of the works only
upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this
Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract, which
shall become binding upon you. You will Submit a Work plan
with the contract agreement.
