            This is to notify you that your Tender dated 24-12-2013 for the execution of the Works for the Construction of Upazila Muktijoddha Complex Bhaban at Tetulia upazila, District Panchagarh. Package No. UMC/PAN/TET/13/C-035 for the Contract Price of Tk.2,01,65,699.82 (Tk.Two crore one lac sixty five thousand six hundred ninety nine & pisa eighty two) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Project Director, Upazila Muktijoddha Complex Bhaban, RDEC Bhahan, Agargoan, Dhaka.

 

            You are thus requested to take following actions:

1.         Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT sub-clause 37 .1.

2.         Furnish a performance security in the amount of Tk.10,08,300.00 (Taka Ten lac eight thousand three hundred) only, within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than (19/02/2014) in accordance with ITT clause 38.2

3.         Sign the contract within fourteen (14) working days of issuance of this Notification of Award later than (02/03/2014.) in accordance with ITT Sub-clause 41.1

4.         Payment will be made after release fund.

 

            You may proceed with the execution of the works and only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this contract, which shall become binding upon you.

 

            We attach the draft contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
