You are thus requested to take following actions:
i. accept in writing the
Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance
pursuant to ITT sub clause 63.1
ii. furnish
a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the
amount of Tk. 5,47,762.00
( Five Lac Forty seven Thousand Seven hundred Sixty Two Taka ) within fourteen (14)
days
of acceptance of this Notification of
Award but not later than 26.02.2014
in
accordance
with ITT Clause 65.

the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon competition of the

constitute the
formation of this contract

GPS (b) Laxmipur GPS for the Contract Price of Tk. 99,42,445.73 (Ninety

corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Additional Chief Engineer, Agargong, Sherebangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207. as per
vide memo No. LGED/PEDP-III/D-01(Part-6)/2011/5612 dated 05.08.2013.
