2013-14/W2.2363 for the Contract Price of Taka 1,02,75,824.81 (Taka One
Corer Two Lac Seventy Five Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Four & Eighty One
Only)
as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers has
been approved by the authority.
You are requested to taka
following actions :-
i)
accept in writing
the Notification of Award within (7) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT
sub-clause-63.1
ii)
furnish a Performance security in the specified format and in
the amount of Taka. 5,14,000.00 (Taka Five Lac Forteen Thousand only) with in
fourteen (14) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 19-02-2014 in
accordance with ITT clause-65
iii)
Sign the contract
within (28) Twenty eight days issuance of this latter but not latter than 04-03-2014
in accordance with ITT clause-69.2
You may proceed with (i) Construction of Additional Class Room For CHAR CHILAKHAL UTTARPARA
REG (Horizontial Ext.) in/c Furniture Supply Upazila Gangachara-District-Rangpur (ii)
Construction of Additional Class Room For KOLKONDA KADERIA Primary School (Horizontial
Ext.) in/c Furniture Supply Upazila - Gangachara, District – Rangpur only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also
please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of
this Contract which shall become
binding upon you.
