Bazar Road (Ch.5100-5224 & 9995-12200m) under Gaibandha Sadar
Upazila, Dist: Gaibandha, Tender No.07/2013-2014, Package No. LGED/SRIIP/GBD/W-113 for the Contract Price of Tk.2,51,17,758.84 (Taka two crore fifty one lac seventeen
thosuand seven hundred fifty eight and paisa eighty four only) as
corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has
been approved by the Project Director, Sustainable Rural Infrastructure
Development Project vide memo no.LGED/PD/ SRIIP/137.2012/216, date: 11-02-2014.
You are thus requested to
take following actions:
i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7)
working days of
its issuance pursuant to
ii. Furnish
a Performance Security in the
form as specified and in the amount of Tk.12,55,890.00 (Taka twelve lac fifty five thousand eight hundred ninety only)
within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Notification of
Award but not later than 05-03-2014 in
accordance with
iii. Sign
the Contract within twenty eight (28) working days of issuance of this
Notification of Award but not later than 13-03-2014 in

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only
upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this
Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which
shall become binding upon you.
