This is to notify you that your Tender dated 10-02-2014 for the execution of the Works for Construction of Union Porishad Complex Bhaban at 17 No Salmara Union under Gobindagonj Upazila, Dist: Gaibandha under Package No. UPCB /2013-14/W-01. for the Contract Price of Taka =84,18,425.00 (Taka=Eighty Four Lakh Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Five) Only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Upazila Engineer, LGED, Gobindagonj, Gaibandha.You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-clause 44.1.

ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Taka 4,20,950.00 (Taka Four Lakh Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty) only within fourteen (14) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 07-3-2014, in accordance with ITT Clause 46.1.

iii. Sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 21-03-2014, in accordance with ITT Clause 47.1.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works for Construction of Union Porishad Complex Bhaban at 17 No Salmara Union under Gobindagonj Upazila, Dist: Gaibandha upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
