Latest Date of Commencement: 16-02-2014. Date of Completion : 15-08-2014.

This is to notify you that your Tender dated 27-11-2013 for the execution of the Works for Construction of Additional Class Room fro Torkey Govt Primary School (Rural) Including Furniture Supply Package no. PEDP-III/CHD/MAU/2012-13/W2.1998 for the Contract Price of Taka 25,87,170.01(Twenty Five Lac Eighty Seven Thousand One Hundred Seventy & Paisa One Only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers has been approved by Additional Chief Engineer,LGED,Agargon,Sher-E Bangla Nagar, Dhaka, 1207, Memo No-LGED/PEDP-3/D-5/2012(Part-300)/666 Date: 30/01/2014.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

ii. furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk 1,29,358.50 (One Lac Twenty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Eight & Paisa Five Ziro Only) ,within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than (22/02/2014), in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii. sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than (08/03/2014), in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.

PEDP-III/CHD/MAU/2013-14/W2.2964 for the Contract Price of Taka 1,14,32,962.25(One Core Fourteenth Lac Thirty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Two & Paisa Two Five Only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers has been approved by Additional Chief Engineer,LGED,Agargon,Sher-E Bangla Nagar, Dhaka, 1207, Memo No-LGED/PEDP-3/D-5/2012(Part-300)/666 Date: 30/01/2014.

You are thus requested to take following actions:
