This is to notify you that your Tender dated 31.12.2013 for the execution of the works for Construction
of Add. Class Room PADUMSHAHAR
SATTAKAR COMMUNITY PRIMARY SCHOOL & 2NO.
You are thus requested to take following actions:
i.
accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) days of
its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-clause 63.1
ii.
furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the
amount of Tk 5,14,000.00 (Five Lakh
Fourteen Thousand taka) only within fourteen (14) days
of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 09.03.2014, in accordance with ITT Clause 65.
iii.
sign the Contract within twenty Eight (28) days of
issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 23.03.2014, in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.
You may proceed with the execution of the works for Construction
of PADUMSHAHAR
SATTAKAR COMMUNITY PRIMARY SCHOOL & 2NO.
We attach the
draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.

This is to notify you that your Tender dated 31.12.2013 for the execution of the works for Construction
of Add. Class Room (a) SUZALPUR GPS,(b) BHARATKHALI BONDOR
GPS & (c) AMTALI GPS (Package No.PEDP-III/
GBD/SAG/2013-14/W2.2564) for the Contract Price of Tk. 94,32,068.46 (
Ninety Four Lakh Thirty Two thousand Sixty Eight Taka & Fourty
Six Paisa) only. as corrected and modified in
accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has
been approved by Additional Chief Engineer, LGED, Agargaon,
Dhaka-1207.
You
are thus requested to take following actions:
i.
accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) days of
its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-clause
63.1
ii.
furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the
amount of Tk. 4,71,700.00 (Four Lakh Seventy One Thousand Seven Hundred taka) only within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of
this Notification of Award but not later
than 09.03.2014, in accordance with ITT
Clause 65.
iii.
sign the Contract within twenty Eight (28) days of
issuance of this Notification of Award
but not later than 23.03.2014, in accordance with ITT Sub
Clause 69.2.
You may proceed with the execution of the works for
Construction of Add. Class Room (a) SUZALPUR GPS, (b) BHARATKHALI BONDOR GPS
& (c) AMTALI
GPS only upon completion of the
above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall
constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
