This is to notify you that your Tender Dated 11/12/2013 for the execution of the Works for Construction of (i) Modification of Existing RCC Bridge into Gated Structure at Goalkandi Daturbari Sub-Project Ch.2+780 km (Khal) (4v-1.5mx1.8m), (ii) WMCA Office (12.0mx6.0m), (iii) Electrification work of WMCA Office, (iv) Supply of Office Furniture for WMCA Office & (v) Rain Water Harvesting of WMCA Office under Goalkandi Daturbari Subproject (SP-43035) Upazila: Gobbindaganj, District: Gaibandha, Package No. LGED/PSSW/PD/Gobindaganj/Gai/S-3/2013, Tender No. 20/2013-2014 for the contract price Tk.1,15,67,192.71 (Taka one crore fifteen lac sixty seven thousand one hundred ninety two and paisa seventy one) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by competent authority.
You are thus requested to take following actions :
(i) Accept in writing the Notification of
Award within seven (7) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 36.1.
(ii) Furnish
a Performance Security in the amount Tk.11,56,720.00 (Taka eleven lac fifty six
thousand seven hundred twenty) only within seven (7) working days of acceptance
of this Notification of Award but not letter than 16/04/2014 in accordance with
ITT Clause 37.2.
(iii) Sign
the Contract within fourteen (14) working days of issuance of this
Notifications of Award but not later than 28/04/2014
in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 40.1.
You may proceed with the
execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also
please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of
this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
We
attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and
signature.
