This is to notify you that
your Tender dated 22-01-2014 for the
execution of the works for Construction
of Additional Class Rooms includidng Furniture Supply for Sajnai, Mohela &
Somaj-2 GPS(Package No.PEDP-III/ PBN/CHA/2013-14/W2.3254) under PEDP-III
for the Contract Price of Tk. 134,22,597.57(
Taka One Crore thirty four Lac twenty two thousand five hundred ninety seven
& paisa fifty seven) only as
corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been
approved by The Tender Commitee.
You are thus requested to
take following actions:
1. accept in writing the Notification
of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT
Sub-clause 63.1
2. furnish a Performance Security in the specified format
and in the amount of Tk.671,150.00 (Tak
Six lac seenty one thousand one hundred fifty) only within fourteen (14)
days of issuance of this Notification of
Award but it not later than 01-04-2014 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.
3. sign the Contract within (28)
days of issuance of this Notification of
Award but it not later than 15-04-2014 in accordance with ITT Clause
69.2
You may proceed with the
execution of the works for only upon completion of the above
tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall
constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
We attach the
draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
