This is to notify you that your Tender dated 13/03/2014 for the execution of the Works for Construction of Part -A , Gaibandha Super Marker (Vertical extension of 2nd Floor & 3rd floor(Part). Part-B, a) Construction of 02 Nos. Gate at poura park under Gaibandha Pourashava. b) Construction of 04 Nos. Corner Ghatla cum shade at Poura pond at Park under Gaibandha Pourashava. c ) Construction of 2nos. Ponds gallary in Poura Park. d ) Construction of Boundary wall at Gaibandha Pourashava Park under Gaibandha Pourashava. e ) Construction of 20 nos. seat Bench at Pora Park under Gaibandha Pourashava. Package No:. UGIIP-II-3/GAIB/MF/03/2012 for the Contract Price of Tk. 2,11,93,018.13 (Tk-Two core Eleven Lac Ninety Three Thousand eighteen point one three Only) ] as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Project Director .

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-clause 63.1

ii. furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk-10,59,650.91(Tk-Ten Lac Fifty nine thousand Six Hundred fifty point nine one.) within fourteen (14) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 01/06/2014, in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii. sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 14/06/2014, in accordance with ITT Clause 69.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
