you that your Tender dated: 24.03.2014 for the execution of the works for
Improvement of Rukindipur GC-Bhanurkhanda
GC Road ( Ch.745m-3800m) UZR Road ID: 138132008 Upazila:
Akkelpur, District: Joypurhat
under Sustainable Rural Infrastructure Improvement Project ( SRIIP) for the
Contract Price of Tk. =2,89,23,010.50 ( Taka – Two Core eighty nine Lakh twenty
three thousand and ten Point five zero only ) as corrected and modified in
accordance with the Instruction to Tenderers has been approved by Executive
Engineer, LGED, Joypurhat .
You are thus requested to take following action :
a)
Accept in writing
the Notification of Award within seven (7) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-cluse-36.1.
b)
Furnish a
performance security in the
specified format and in the amount of Tk. 14,47,000/-( Forteen Lakh Forty Seven Thousand only) within Forteen (14) days of issuance of this letter in accordance
with ITT clause 37.2.
c)
Sign the Contract
within Twenty Eight ( 28) days of issuance of this
letter in accordance with ITT
clause-40.1.
You may proceed with the execution of
the works only upon completion of
the above tasks.
You
may also please note that this Notification of Award shall
constitute the formation of this contract which shall become binding
upon you .
We attach the draft Contract and all
other documents for your perusal and signature.
