This is to notify you that your tender dated 09-04-2014 for the execution of the Works for (i) Improvement of Talukzamari Hat under Palashbari Upazila, (ii) Improvement of Panchpir Hat under Sundagaranj Upazila, (iii) Improvement of Mirpurkachari Hat under Sadullapur Upazila, (iv) Improvement of Katakhalibalua Hat under Gobindaganj Upazila & (v) Improvement of Munshir Hat under Saghata Upazila, Dist: Gaibandha, Tender No.33/2013-2014, Package No.LGED/SRIIP/GBD/GCM-163 for the Contract Price of Tk.2,05,48,215.00 (Taka two crore five lac fourty eight thosuand two hundred fifteen only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Project Director, Sustainable Rural Infrastructure Development Project vide memo no.LGED/PD/SRIIP/137.2012/1202, date: 22-07-2014.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk.10,27,411.00 (Taka ten lac twenty seven thousand four hundred eleven only) within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 10-08-2014 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii. Sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) working days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 24-08-2014 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
