This is to notify you that your Tender Dated 11/06/2014
for the execution of the Works for Construction
of 238.30m Long Bridge on Katabari UP - Boglabari Hat Road over the Katakhali
River at ch.1700m, Road ID No. 132303025 under Gobindaganj Upazila, District:
Gaibandha (6th called), Tender No. 40/2013-2014, Package No. LBC/GAIBANDHA/02
for the contract price Tk.12,31,59,355.43 (Taka twelve
crore thirty one lac fifty nine thousand three hundred fifty five and paisa forty
three) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to
Tenderers, has been approved by competent authority.
You are thus requested to
take following actions :
(i) Accept in writing the Notification of
Award within seven (7) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1.
(ii) Furnish a Performance Security in the
amount Tk.61,58,000.00 (Taka sixty one lac fifty eight thousand) only for
30+1=31 month within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of
Award but not letter than 11/09/2014 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.
(iii) Sign the Contract within twenty eight (28)
days of issuance of this Notifications of Award but not later than 25/09/2014
in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.
You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon
completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification
of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become
binding upon you.
We attach the draft Contract and all
other documents for your perusal and signature.
