This is to notify that your Tender dated 08/09/2014 for the Execution of the works for Construction of Additional Class Room for  Islamabab Govt. pry. School. package No PEDP-III/RMT/LAN/2013-14/W2.2316 for the Contract price of  Taka 53,80,651.36 (in words Fifty three Lac Eighty thousand  six hundred fifty one & paisa thirty six Only) as Corrected and modified in accordance with the instruction of Tenders in hereby accepted by the authority.

 

You are thus requested to take following actions:

1.       accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1.

2.       furnish a Performance Security in form as specified and  in the amount of TK.269035.00 (Two Lac sixty nine thousand  thirty five Only), within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 11-11-2014 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

3.       Sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 16-11-2014 in accordance with ITT Clause 69.2.

 

You may proceed with the  Construction of Additional Class Room for  Islamabab Govt. pry. School. only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
