This is to notify you that your Tender
dated 22-07-2014 for the execution of the Works for (i) Nekbakhta GPS 2 Room(Vertical
Extension) & 3 Room (HorizantalExtension)
(ii) Purbo Golmunda GPS (Horizantal Extension) Including
Furniture Supply.Package No.PEDP-III/NLP/
JAL/ 2013-14/ W2.3315 for the Contract
Price of Tk 1,12,42,249.78 ( one Crore twelve
lac forty two thousand two hundred forty nine and paisa seventy eight )only as
corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Additional Chief Engineer, LGED, Dhaka.
You are thus requested to take following
actions:
i. Accept
in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its
issuance
pursuant to
ii.Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in
the amount of Tk 5,62,115/00
( Five Lac sixty two thousand one
hundred fifteen )only within fourteen
(14) days of acceptance of
this Notification of Award but not later than 08-11-2014 in accordance
with
iii. Sign the Contract within
twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but
not later than 22-11-2014 in accordance with
You may proceed with the execution of the Works only
upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this
Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
