This is to notify you that your Tender Dated 23/09/2014 for the execution of the Works for Construction of (i) Jhirai Bridge-Jangalpara Khal WRS (4V-1.5mx2.0m (ii) WMCA Office including Rain Water Harvesting, Electrification, Office Furniture under Jhirai Bridge-Jangalpara Subproject {SP-44113 (IFAD-1)}, Upazila: Gobindagonj, District: Gaibandha. Package No. LGED/PSSW/PD/ Gobindagonj/Gaibandha/W-6/2014, Tender No.05/2014-2015 for the contract price Tk.1,44,03,817.48 (Taka one crore forty four lac three thousand eight hundred seventeen and paisa forty eight) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by competent authority.

You are thus requested to take following actions :

(i) Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 36.1.

(ii) Furnish a Performance Security in the amount Tk.14,40,382.00 (Taka fourteen lac forty thousand three hundred eighty two) only within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not letter than 25/11/2014 in accordance with ITT Clause 37.2.

(iii) Sign the Contract within fourteen (14) working days of issuance of this Notifications of Award but not later than 04/12/2014 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 40.1.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.

Package No. LGED/PSSW/PD/Gobindagonj/Gaibandha/W-8/2014, Tender No. 04/2014-2015 for the contract price Tk.1,49,65,258.00 (Taka one crore forty nine lac sixty five thousand two hundred fifty eight) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by competent authority.

You are thus requested to take following actions :

(i) Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 36.1.

(ii) Furnish a Performance Security in the amount Tk.14,96,526.00 (Taka fourteen lac ninety six thousand five hundred twenty six) only within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not letter than 25/11/2014 in accordance with ITT Clause 37.2.

(iii) Sign the Contract within fourteen (14) working days of issuance of this Notifications of Award but not later than 04/12/2014 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 40.1.
