This is to notify you that your Bid dated 29-10-2014 for execution of the “Development of Batbunia GC in Dacope Upazila, District: Khulna’’ Package No. CCRIP/KHU/GC/2014/W-04 for the Accepted Contract Amount of Tk. 2,96,09,641.61 (Taka. Two Crore Ninety Six Lac Nine Thousand Six Hundred Forty One and Paisa Sixty One only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, is hereby accepted by our Authority.

You are requested to furnish the performance security Taka. 29,61,000.00 (Taka. Twenty Nine Lac Sixty One Thousand only) which is 10% of contract amount within 28 days (Not later than dated:30/04/2015) in acceptance with the Conditions of Contract, using for that purpose the Performance Security Form included in Section 9 (Contract Forms) of the Bidding Document.

The Appointing Authority, We are hereby requesting such Authority to appoint the Adjudicator in accordance with GCC 29.1

Performance Security must be valid for Dated on 15-10-2016.
