Package No. UZP/SRJ(S)/2014-15/ADP-001 for the Contract Price of TK.12958524.87 (Taka One core twenty nine lac fifty eight thousand five hundred twenty four and Paisa eighty seven) only corrected and modified in accordance with the Instruction to Tenderers has been approved by the authority.

You are thus requested to take following action

i) Accept in writing the notification of award within 7 (seven) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT sub clause 63.1.

ii) Furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount Tk 647926.00(Taka .Six Lac forty seven thousand nine hundred twenty six) only of issuance of this letter but not later than 20/05/2015 in accordance with ITT clause 65.

(iii) Sign the contract within 28 days of issuance of this letter but not later than 27/05/2015 in accordance with ITT clause 69.2

You may proceed with the execution of the works for only upon completion of the above task.

You may also please note that this notification of award shall constitute the formation of this

contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
