This is to notify you that your Tender dated 31-12-2014 for the execution of the works for Improvement of Road from Nachanapara UP (Bastala Bazar)-Nachanapara Bazar Road at Ch. 00.00m to 905.00m by BC under Patharghata Upazila, Barguna (Road ID 504853004) (Package No-CCRIP/BARGU/UNR/IFAD/2014/W-14) for the Contract price of 71,36,083.64 (Taka Seventy-One Lac Thirty-Six Thousand Eighty-Three & Paisa Sixty-Four) Only as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Competent authority.

You are thus requested to take following actions :

i. Accept in writing the Notification of Award within 7 (Seven) Working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk. 3,57,000.00 (Three Lac Fifty-Seven Thousand) only within 14 (Forteen) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 23.04.2015, in accordance with ITT Clause 65

iii. Sign the Contract within 28 (Twenty-Eight) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 07.05.2015, in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
