This is to notify you that Your tender dated 16-03-2015 for the execution of the Works for (i) Improvement of Vair Pukur hat under Shibgonj Upazila, (ii) Improvement of Halaliahat under Adamdighi Upazila & (iii) Improvement of Sonamua hat under Dhunot Upazila, Dstrict-Bogra, Package No-LGED/SRIIP/BGR/GCM-184 for the Contract Price of Tk. 1,64,85,514.77 (Taka One Crore Sixty Four Lac Eighty Five Thousand Five Hundred Fourteen & Paisa Seventy Seven) Only, as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the competent authority.
You are thus requested to take following actions :

Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 38.1 |
|

ii. |
Furnish a Performance Security in the from as specified and in the amount of Tk. 8,25,000.00 (Taka Eight Lac Twenty Five Thousand) Only, within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than in accordance with ITT Clause 39.2 |
|
|
iii. |
Sign the Contract within fourteen (14) working days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 42.1 |
You
may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above
tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall
constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
We
attach the Contract Agreement and all other documents including Particular
Conditions of Contract for your perusal and signature.
