            This is to notify you that your Tender dated 22-06-2015 for the supply of Goods and related services for Supply of Furniture in 19 (Nineteen) Nos of Primary School’s at 02 upazila’s (Boda, Tetulia). District: Panchagarh. Package No. PEDP-III/PAG/2013-14/G1.026 for the Contract Price of Tk. 73,25,240.00 (Tk. Seventy three lac twenty five thousand two hundred forty) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Executive Engineer, LGED, Panchagarh.

 

            You are thus requested to take following actions:

1.         Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT sub-clause 59.3.

2.         Furnish a performance security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk.7,32,524.00 (Taka. Seven lac thirty two thousand five hundred twenty four) only, within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than (04/08/2015) in accordance with ITT clause 61.2.

3.         Sign the contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award later than (18/08/2015) in accordance with ITT Sub-clause 64.2

 

            You may proceed with the execution of the supply of Goods and related services only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this contract, which shall become binding upon you.

 

            We attach the draft contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.

Package No. PEDP-III/PAG/2013-14/G1.041 for the Contract Price of Tk. 61,64,700.00 (Tk. Sixty one lac sixty four thousand seven hundred) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Executive Engineer, LGED, Panchagarh.

 

            You are thus requested to take following actions:

1.         Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT sub-clause 59.3.

2.         Furnish a performance security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk.6,16,470.00 (Taka. Six lac sixteen  thousand four hundred seventy) only, within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than (04/08/2015) in accordance with ITT clause 61.2.
