This is to notify you that your Tender dated 31-12-2014 for the execution of the works for Improvement of Road from Shfipur Bazar-Kamarhat by BC under Patharghata Upazila, Barguna at Ch. 00.00m to 2600.00m (Road ID-504854083) (Package No- CCRIP/BARGU/UNR/IFAD/2014/W-16) for the Contract price of 1,72,41,204.21 (Taka One Core Seventy-Two Lac Forty-One Thousand Two Hundred Four & Paisa Twenty-One) as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Competent authority.

You are thus requested to take following actions :

i. Accept in writing the Notification of Award within 7 (Seven) Working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk. 8,63,000.00(Eight Lac Sisty-Three Thousand) only within 14 (Forteen) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 04.08.2015, in accordance with ITT Clause 65

iii. Sign the Contract within 28 (Twenty-Eight) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 11.08.2015, in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
