This is to notify you that your tender dated 12/05/2015 for the execution of the Works for Construction of 84m Long pre-stressed Girder Bridge on the road from Saghata GC to Mohimagonj GC Road at Ch:6950m. Road ID No-132882008 Tender No.23/2014-2015, Package No. LGED/SRIIP/GBD/WS-236 for the Contract Price of Tk.4,39,19,765.79 (Taka four crore thirty nine lac nineteen thosuand seven hundred sixty five and paisa seveny nine only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Project Director, Sustainable Rural Infrastructure Development Project vide memo no.LGED/PD/SRIIP/ 137.2012(Part-1)/1249, date: 13-08-2015.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk.21,96,000.00 (Taka twenty one lac ninety six thousand only) within forteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 07-09-2015 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii. Sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 21-09-2015 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

This is to notify you that your tender dated 12/05/2015 for the execution of the Works for Construction of 84m Long pre-stressed Girder Bridge on the road from Saghata GC to Mohimagonj GC Road at Ch:4760m . Road ID No-132882008 Tender No.23/2014-2015, Package No. LGED/SRIIP/GBD/WS-234 for the Contract Price of Tk.4,44,58,714.00 (Taka four crore forty four lac fifty eight thosuand seven hundred forteen only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Project Director, Sustainable Rural Infrastructure Development Project vide memo no.LGED/PD/SRIIP/137.2012(Part-1)/1249, date: 13-08-2015.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk.22,22,950.00 (Taka twenty two lac twenty two thousand nine hundred fifty only) within forteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 07-09-2015 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii. Sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 21-09-2015 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
