Contract Amount of BDT 124,422,244.83, Bangladesh Taka Twelve Crore Fourty Four Lacs Twenty Two Thousand Two
Hundread Fourty Four And Paisa Eighty Three Only, as corrected and
modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, is hereby accepted by
our Agency.
You are requested
to furnish the Performance Security within 28 days, in accordance with the
Conditions of Contract, using for that purpose the Performance Security Form
included in Section 9 (Contract Forms) of the Bidding Document.
We accept that Engr. Md. Kabir Ahmed Bhuyan, President of the
Institution of Engineers Bangladesh (IEB) be appointed as the
Adjudicator in your submitted bid document in accordance with GCC 94.2.
