This is to notify you that your Bid dated 05.11.15 for execution of the Improvement of (a) Noabenki - Munshigonj - Haronagar - Bhetkhali – Zadaha - Nurnagar hat - Khanpur road from Ch: 18800-26102m (ID No-287862002) Upazil Shyamnagar, District-Satkhira; (b) Parulia GC - Subornabad GC road from Ch: 00-6061m (ID No-287252005) Upazila Debhata, District-Satkhira & (c) Khanpur Baliadanga GCCR - Uzirpur via Gobindokati hat road from Ch: 00-2775m (ID No-287472004) Upazila Kaligonj, District-Satkhira. Package No-CCRIP/ADB/SATK/UZR/2015/W-30 Tender No-02/2015-16 for the Accepted Contract Amount of the equivalent of Tk. 17,35,55,543.02 (Taka- Seventeen Crore Thirty Five Lac Fifty Five Thousand Five Hundred Forty Three and Paisa Two) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders is hereby accepted by our Agency.

You are requested to furnish the Performance Security amount of Tk. 1,73,56,000.00 (Taka- One Crore Seventy Three Lac Fifty Six Thousand) only within 28 days in accordance with the Condition of Contract (but not letter than 03.02.2016), using for that purpose the Performance Security Form included in Section 9 (Contract Forms) of the Bidding Document.

We accept that Mr. Saraj Kumar Sarkar, Ex. Additional Chief Engineer, LGED be appointed as the Adjudicator.
