This is to notify you that your Tender dated 19/03/2012 for the execution of the Works for Construction of (a) Administrative Extension Bhabon (b) Construction of Hall room, Package No.PWA-UZC-Lohagara -172 under Extension of Upazila Complex Project for the Contract Price of Tk. 4,00,76,635/86 (In Words: Taka Four Crore Seventy Six Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Five & Eighty Six Paisa only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Project Director, Extension of Upazila Complex Project RDEC Bhabon, Level-5, LGED, Agargaon, Dhaka-1207.

You are thus requested to take following actions :

i. Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-clause 31.1

ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk 20,05,000/00 (In Words Taka Twenty Lakh Five Thousand Only) in the from of B.D./ Pay Order/ Bank Grantee within fourteen (14) days of issuance of this letter but not later than -14/05/2012, in accordance with ITT Clause 32.1.

iii. Sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 28/05/2012, in accordance with ITT Clause 33.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works for Construction of (a) Administrative Extension Bhabon (b) Construction of Hall room only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
