This is to notify you that your Bid dated 20.10.2015 for execution of the Development of Gazalia Bazar under CCRIP at Kachua Upazila, District-Bagerhat under CCRIP for the Accepted Contract Amount of the equivalent of Tk. 60,79,893.34 (Sixth Lakh Seventy Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Three & Paisa Thirty Four only), as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders is hereby accepted by our Agency.

You are requested to furnish the Performance Security of Tk. 6,08,000.00 (Six Lakh Eight Thousand only) within 28 days in accordance with the Conditions of Contract, using for that purpose the Performance Security Form included in Section 9 (Contract Forms) of the Bidding Document.

As the bidder had not proposed the name of the Adjudicator, we are hereby requesting the President, Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (Appointing Authority) to appoint the Adjudicator in accordance with GCC 29.1.
