Subject: Notification of Award,Contract Package No-CTEIP/PIR/2015-16/RD-01,Pirojpur Pourashava.

This is to notify you that your Tender dated 04-01-2016 for the execution of the Works for Construction/Improvement of 8 Nos Roads totalling 13.533 kms .including Bridge and Culvarts (Package No-CTEIP/PIR/2015-2016/RD-01)in Pirojpur Pourashava, District:Pirojpur Under Coastal Towns Environmental Infrastructure Project (CTEIP).for the Contract Price of Tk 21,79,28,009.73 (Twenty One Crore Seventy Nine Lakh Twenty Eight Thousend Nine Point Seven Three) Only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Project Director,CTEIP ,LGED, Level-13,RDEC Bhaban,Arargaon.,Dhaka-1207.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within7 (Seven) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 36.1

ii. furnish a Performance Security in the amount of Tk 2,17,92,800.97[Two Crore Seventeen Lakh Ninety Two thousand Eight hundred Point Nine Seven only ]] ,within Fourteen (14) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than (21-03-2016), in accordance with ITT Clause 37.2

iii. sign the Contract agreement within twenty Eight (28) working days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 04-04-2016, in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 40.1

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
