This is to notify you that your Bid dated 07.06.2016 execution of the Improvement of (UZ-18) Bogir Hat GC- Taltoli GC via Taltoli College road at Ch. 2200m-6430m (ID No: 504092004). (Package no: CCRIP/ADB/BARG/UZR/2016/W-37) for the Accepted contract Amount of the equivalent of Tk.5,09,14,141.00 (Tk Five Crore Nine Lakh Fourteen Thousand One Hundred Forty One) as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Bidders is hereby accepted by our Agency.

You are requested to furnish the performance security TK= 5092000.00 (Fifty Lac Ninety Two Thousand) within 28 days(but not later then 19.09.2016) in accordance with the conditions of Contract, using for that purpose the Performance Security form included in Section 9 (Contract Forms) of the Bidding Document. Contract should be signed within 19.09.2016.

We accept that Mr. Saroj Kumer Sarker, Retd Additional Chif Engineer, LGED, 390 South Paike para, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216 Tel + 8802 8058595 be appointed as the Adjudicator.
