This is to notify you that your Tender dated 25/07/2016 for the
execution of the Works for Construction of 520.60m Long PC Girder Bridge on Gazaria
GC-Kuliarchar HQ road at Ch.5300m over Kali River
under Bhairab Upazila,
District: Kishoreganj, Contract Package No: PD/CLBUURP/W-165
for the Contract Price of Tk. 71,19,57,882.85 (Taka Seventy one Crore Nineteen Lac Fifty seven thousand Eight hundred
Eighty two taka & Eighty five paisa only), as corrected and modified in
accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the
Competent authority.
You are thus requested to take following
actions:
i.
accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working
days of its issuance in accordance with ITT Clause 64
ii.
furnish a Performance
Security in the form as specified and in
the amount of Tk 5,00,00,000.00 (Taka Five Crore), within fourteen (14) days of
acceptance of this Notification of Award in favour of Executive Engineer, LGED,
Kishoreganj. but not later
than (15/01/17), in accordance
with
iii.
sign the Contract within
twenty-eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award with Executive
Engineer, LGED, Kishoreganj. but
not later than 29/01/17 in
accordance with ITT Clause 69.
You
may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above
tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall
constitute the formation of this Contract
which shall become binding upon you.
We attach the draft Contract and all other
documents for your perusal and signature.
