This is to notify you that your Bid dated 05-09-2016 for execution of the “Improvement of Paikgacha R&H (Boalia More) to Baka Bazar GC road from Ch: 2330m-4797m under Paikgacha Upazila, District: Khulna’’ Package No. CCRIP/ADB/KHUL/UZR/2016/W-18 for the Accepted Contract Amount of BDT. 2,50,20,717.87 (BDT. Two Crore Fifty Lac Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Seventeen and Paisa Eight Seven only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders is hereby accepted by our Agency.

You are requested to furnish the performance security BDT. 37,50,000.00 (Taka. Thirty Seven Lac Fifty Thousand only) within 28 days (Not later than dated: 31/01/2017) in acceptance with the Conditions of Contract, using for that purpose the Performance Security Form included in Section 9 (Contract Forms) of the Bidding Document.

By sending a copy of this Letter of Acceptance to President, Institution of Engineer’s Bangladesh (IEB), the Appointing Authority, We are hereby requesting such Authority to appoint the Adjudicator in accordance with GCC 29.1
