This is to notify you that your Tender/Proposal dated 30-Mar-2017 for the execution of the Works for

Construction of RCC drain 3693 m at (9 nos) under Mathbaria Pourashava, District: Pirojpur for the

Contract Price of Tk. 46097244.560 (Taka FOUR CRORE SIXTY LAKH NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND

TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY-FOUR POINT FIVE SIX) as corrected and modified in accordance with the

Instructions to Tenderers/Consultants, has been approved by PIU office of Mathbaria Pourashava,

Pirojpur.

You are thus requested to take following actions :

1. accept in writing the Notification of Award within SEVEN (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to

ITT Clause

2. furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk. 2304862.23 (Taka

TWENTY-THREE LAKH FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND SIXTY-TWO POINT TWO

THREE), within FOURTEEN (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 30-

May-2017, in accordance with ITT Clause

3. sign the Contract within TWENTY-EIGHT (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not

later than 13-Jun-2017, in accordance with ITT Clause

You may proceed with the execution for the execution of the Works for only upon completion of the above

tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this

Contract, which shall become binding upon you.
