This is to notify you that your Tender/Proposal dated 24-Apr-2017 for the execution of the Works for Construction of 4 nos Public Toilet under Mathbaria Pourashava. e-GP/CTEIP/2016-17/MAT/PT-01 for the Contract Price of Tk. 10507129.755 (Taka ONE CRORE FIVE LAKH SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-NINE POINT SEVEN FIVE FIVE) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers/Consultants, has been approved by PIU office of Mathbaria Pourashava, Pirojpur.

You are thus requested to take following actions :

1. accept in writing the Notification of Award within SEVEN (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Clause

2. furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk. 525356.49 (Taka FIVE LAKH TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-SIX POINT FOUR NINE), within FOURTEEN (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 04-Jun-2017, in accordance with ITT Clause.

3. sign the Contract within TWENTY-EIGHT (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 18-Jun-2017, in accordance with ITT Clause

You may proceed with the execution for the execution of the Works for only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract, which shall become binding upon you.
