This is to notify you that your Bid dated 23/02/2012 for the execution of the Supply for Desktop Computers (187), Laptops (3), Uninterrupted Power Supply (187) and Printers (187) Package No. SRIIP/Computers/G04 under Sustainable Rural Infrastructure Improvement Project (SRIIP) for the Contract Price Tk. 13,192,346.00 (in words Taka One Crore Thirty One Lac Ninety Two Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Six), as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders is hereby accepted by the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) represented by Project Director, Sustainable Rural Infrastructure Improvement Project (SRIIP).

You are requested to proceed with the execution of the supply of the goods and the related services and note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of a Contract, which shall become binding upon you furnishing a Performance Security amounting to Tk. 1,319,234.00 (in words Taka Thirteen Lac Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty Four) within fourteen (14) days, in accordance with ITB Clause 50,and the signing the Contract Agreement within twenty-one (21) days, in accordance with ITB Clause 51.
