This is to notify you that
your Tender dated 23.1.2017 for
the execution of the Works for Construction of 595m. PC Box Girder Bridge Over Bakkhali River at Kusturi
Ghat under Sadar Upazila of Cox’sbazar District for the Contract Price of
Tk 172, 11, 53,614.31(One Hundred Seventy Two
Crore Eleven Lakh Fifty Three Thousand Six Hundred Fourteen and Thirty One
Paisa Only) including Provisional Sum, as corrected and modified in accordance with the
Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Authorised officer (PE), Development of Cox'sbazar
Airport Project (1st phase) LGED part.
You are thus requested to take following actions:
i.
Accept in writing the Notification of Award within
seven (7) working days of its issuance in accordance with ITT Clause 64.
ii.
Furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in
the amount of Tk 8,60,57,681.00 (Taka
Eight Crore Sixty Lakh Fifty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Eighty One Only) within
fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 30.10.2017, in accordance with
iii.
Sign the Contract within twenty-eight (28) days of issuance of
this Notification of Award but not later than 13.11.2017, in accordance with ITT Clause 70.
You may proceed with the execution of the Works only
upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this
Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal
and signature.
