Notification of Award (Form PW3-8)

This is to notify you that your Tender dated 29.03.2017 for the execution of the Works Construction of Khulna Coal based Power Plant Connecting 4 Lane + 2 Slow Moving Road under Rampal Upazila of Bagerhat District for the Contract Price of Tk 119,55,24,249.96 (One hundred nineteen crore, fifty five lakh, twenty four thousand, two hundred forty nine taka and ninety six paisa only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Cabinet Committee of Government Purchase (CCGP) on 13.09.2017.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance in accordance with ITT Clause 64

ii. furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk 11,95,53,000 (Eleven crore ninety five lakh fifty three thousand only), within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 16/11/2017, in accordance with ITT Clause 65 & 66.

iii. sign the Contract within twenty-eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 21/11/2017, in accordance with ITT Clause 69.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
