Re-excavation of Janerpar khal (H/O Dr. Awal to H/O Majid Amin) from Ch: 00-2000m (Sharankhola) Package No. LGED/ASSSRBP/Bagerhat/W-15 under Bagerhat District, for the Accepted Contract Amount of the equivalent of BDT: 1,37,89,070.98 (Taka One Crore Thirty Seven Lac Eighty Nine Thousand Seventy and paisa Nine Eight) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders is hereby accepted by our Agency.

You are requested to Furnish the Performance Security amounting BDT Tk. 6,90,000.00 (Six Lac Ninety Thousand only) within 28 days in accordance with the Conditions of Contract, using for that purpose the of the Performance Security Form included in Section IX (Contract Forms) of the Bidding Document.
